Colasanti Wheelchair Fund Receives donation of 25,000 pop tabs.

Thank you to everyone who donates their time and their aluminum. If you would like to learn how to start collecting, or are currently collecting and have aluminum to be picked up, please call us at 519-326-3287 to make arrangements or obtain information. The types of aluminum being saved are; POP CANS and TABS, PIE PLATES, FOIL LASAGNA PANS, FRUIT CUP LIDS, ASH TRAYS, OLD ALUMINUM SIDING OR DOORS, or any aluminum products you can think of. The Colasanti Wheelchair fund first began in 1994. The goal of the program is to give independence to children in the Windsor and Essex County area through motorized wheelchairs. However this goal cannot be realized alone. L.G.S Industries - Metal Recyclers from Windsor, Ontario has placed a bin for aluminum to be dropped off at Colasanti's, and come and empty them when they are full.L.G.S Industries donates their time to empty the bins and give all monies collected to the wheelchair drive at no charge. Thanks to all the hospitals, church groups, legions, businesses, clubs, organizations, individuals and families, and a very special THANK YOU to all the schools that are participating on the ongoing pop tab challenge.
