Lipstick Plant

This unusual flowering plant has the most unique blooms – as they open, the flowers resemble a tube of lipstick. The cascading vines of the lipstick plant look great in a hanging basket or cascading atop a shelf.

The lipstick plant prefers bright, indirect sunlight. Too little sunlight will prevent the flowers from blooming.

Lipstick plants prefer their soil on the dry side. Let the soil dry between waterings, and then water thoroughly. Overwatering is a common way of killing these plants. To maintain high humidity, feel free to occasionally mist or keep it in a humid location.
