Goldfish Plant
Plant Care Tips & Tricks

Goldfish plants have thick, shiny leaves and vibrant orange flowers that resemble tiny goldfish. As they mature, their trailing stems will cascade down the sides of a pot, creating a pleasing display. Expect most blooms from Summer through Autumn.
Lighting: This plant requires a lot of bright sunlight to produce maximum blooms; however, avoid direct sun as it can burn the foliage.
Irrigation: Allow the soil to slightly dry between thorough irrigations. Water until liquid runs from drainage holes at the bottom of the pot and discard excess water. Do not allow your plant to sit in standing water as it will lead to root rot. Allowing soil to slightly dry permits oxygen to reach the roots.
Humidity: Goldfish plants adapt to lower humidity levels but will appreciate the use of a pebble tray, humidifier, or occasional misting.
Fertilizer: Once a month during spring and summer. Use a balanced fertilizer and follow package recommendations.
