Is the Animal Area and Mini Golf Course Accessible?
The Animal Area has cement and brick pathways throughout to help provide smooth access to indoor habitats.
There is one cement pathway outside. Parts of the outdoor Animal Area do require the ability to move over loose gravel and dirt.

Our Mini Golf Course holes are connected by cement paths. Please note that the holes themselves have rocks and obstacles. The perimeter of each hole is surrounded by bricks, helping to keep the ball in play.
Are your activities indoors?
Our 18 Hole Mini Golf Course and arcade are indoors. Late spring to early fall, we open a small outdoor section of the Animal Area. Most of our habitats are indoors, perfect for those cold and rainy days.

Is there online shopping available?
No, after trying a few different options, our team has figured out that the way people like to shop for their plants is in-person, which we understand. If you’re looking for some of our pricing information, though, you can check out our Weekly Favourites. We update it weekly with some of our new crops and returning favs.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We have our own gift cards (available online by and in-store) as well as Eat Drink Dine Kingsville gift cards.

Do you have wholesale purchasing?
Our wholesale company ships across Canada. Please visit our Colasanti Farms website for more details.
What is your return policy?
We do not refund or exchange plants or fresh cut greenery once they leave our facility.

You may return pots and unopened everyday home dècor items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund with receipt. Seasonal products and dècor are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase, with receipt.

If you need to return an item, please contact restaurant-manager@colasanti.com with the details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Any refunds will be issued on the original method of payment.
Do you have a seniors discount?
We have a seniors day! Seniors (age 65+) Save 15% on all regular priced dine-in, take-out and Garden Centre purchases on Thursdays. Learn more by clicking here

Can I bring outside food?
Colasanti's is a restaurant, so outside food is not permitted with the exception of pre-approved cakes for group bookings. To find all the details on birthday and group packages, click here.

When are your donuts available?
Our team makes donuts fresh, daily! The restaurant is open from 9am-6pm, so you can expect a fresh batch to be ready every morning and afternoon. Available while supplies last.

Do you still offer buffets?
We currently have offer a special Wednesday night Christmas Open House buffet and Father's Day Sunday Broasted Chicken lunch buffet. Menus & pricing will be available closer to the date of the events.
