Returns & Exchanges

We do not refund or exchange plants or fresh cut greenery once they leave our facility.

 

You may return pots and unopened everyday home dècor items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund with receipt. Seasonal products and dècor are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase, with receipt.​

 

If you need to return an item, please contact restaurant-manager@colasanti.com with the details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Any refunds will be issued on the original method of payment.​
