Hibiscus (Tropical)
Plant Care Tips & Tricks

Add a splash of tropical colour to your garden or home with our vibrant hibiscus plants. Renowned for their large, showy blooms in a variety of stunning colours, hibiscus plants are perfect for creating an eye-catching focal point. These versatile plants thrive in warm, sunny environments, making them ideal for outdoor gardens, patios, or even as a striking indoor specimen. With their lush, green foliage and continuous blooming season, hibiscus brings a touch of paradise to any space, attracting pollinators like hummingbirds and butterflies.
Tropical hibiscus will need to come indoors for the fall, winter and spring months. Our winters are too harsh for this plant.
Lighting: High-light plants require full sunlight to assume their full potential, which means they need at least 6 hours of direct, bright light a day.
Irrigation: During blooming stages be sure to keep the soil evenly moist. Cut back on water frequency during Autumn, Winter, and Spring when it is indoors.
Fertilizer: Feed every two weeks in the spring and summer with a balanced fertilizer. Follow package instructions.
