Hibiscus (Perennial)
Plant Care Tips & Tricks

Add a splash of tropical color to your garden or home with our vibrant hibiscus plants. Renowned for their large, showy blooms in a variety of stunning colors, hibiscus plants are perfect for creating an eye-catching focal point. These versatile plants thrive in warm, sunny environments, making them ideal for outdoor gardens, patios, or even as a striking indoor specimen. With their lush, green foliage and continuous blooming season, hibiscus brings a touch of paradise to any space, attracting pollinators like hummingbirds and butterflies.
Perennial hibiscus plants are cold tolerant, also known as winter hardy. You can plant this variety directly into your garden. These perennial flowers are normally larger than a tropical hibiscus bloom. Many people describe their blooms as round and flat, similar to a dinner plate.
Lighting: High-light plants require full sunlight to assume their full potential, which means they need at least 6 hours of direct, bright light a day.
Irrigation: During blooming stages be sure to keep the soil evenly moist. Cut back on water frequency during Autumn, Winter, and Spring when it is indoors.
Fertilizer: Feed every two weeks in the spring and summer with a balanced fertilizer. Follow package instructions.
