Lemon Cypress

Lemon cypress, also called Goldcrest, is an evergreen shrub with an upright growth habit that is characterized by its bright green-yellow foliage. Its common name comes from the lemon scent that its soft branches produce when touched. Help your Lemon Cypress maintain its vibrant colour by providing it with lots of bright light and periodic grooming.

Lighting: This plant prefers bright indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sun as it can burn the foliage.

Irrigation: Allow the soil to partially dry between thorough waterings. Irrigate when the topsoil is dry to the touch. Water until liquid runs from drainage holes at the bottom of the pot and discard excess water. Do not allow your plant to sit in standing water as it will lead to root rot.
