Plumeria

Plant Care Tips & Tricks

Plumeria

Plumeria is a plant that resembles a small shrub or tree. They flower from early summer to fall, so they’re just getting started for the year! Even without the little flower clusters, the shape of these plants and their delicate looking leaves give them a unique aesthetic.

Lighting: Plumeria thrive in full sun. Provide at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily for the best blooming and growth.

Irrigation: Water deeply when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure the soil drains well, as Plumeria do not like soggy conditions. During winter dormancy, reduce watering significantly, allowing the soil to mostly dry between waterings.

Humidity: Medium to high humidity is ideal. Consider placing the plant on a pebble tray or using a room humidifier.
