Colasanti’s reserves the right to refuse booths. Absolutely no knives, articles with profanity, body piercing services or drug paraphernalia will be allowed on Colasanti’s property. If there are any questions to the suitability of a particular item, please discuss this with Ashley Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens reserves the right to limit the number of booths selling a particular item. We do our best to jury the placement of similar booths. APPLICATION & FEE DEADLINES Table Spaces are $20 (taxes included), Booth Spaces are $35 (taxes included) Application forms are available online, see below. Do not make any payments before receiving an email from Ashley, confirming your Booth Space number. Any booth space that is not paid for by January 23, 2026 is therefore forfeited. Colasanti’s will retain the right to offer this unpaid space to a new vendor. Payment details will be sent to those businesses who have been offered a space. Once accepted as a show vendor/exhibitor there are no refunds, reductions or credits * All fees are Non-refundable* SET-UP/ TEAR DOWN Vendors may set up between 9am-11am on the day of your event. All booths must be open for business at 11am and must remain open until 3pm. Booths must be manned during the show hours of 11am-3pm. PARKING Our WEST END & EAST END parking lots will be open for all guests and vendors. We would recommend parking in our WEST end lot, closest to our restaurant. All front row and prime parking is open for our guests visiting today. All vendors/business owners must park at the back of our lot. VENDOR FEES/SPACES Table Spaces are $20 (taxes included), Booth Spaces are $35 (taxes included) This money will be used to promote the event and to cover labour costs from our marketing, maintenance and janitorial team members. SITE/SPACE REQUIREMENTS BOOTH SPACES ($35) Please feel free to fill your space with your own tables, racks, shelving units, stands, tents and chairs. Colasanti's will not be providing any tables/chairs in Booth Spaces. TABLE SPACES ($20) Colasanti's will provide one 8ft table in your space. Colasanti's will not be providing chairs in table spaces. Please bring your own chairs. No additional booth space can be added to your site on the day of the show. Selling outside of your allocated space is prohibited. Vendors are responsible for a neat, attractive, clean display area during the show. Vendors must provide their own display, table drape, props, surge, money for making change, bags, etc. Electricity is not available. Vendors shall not in any way damage or permit damage of the premise, if such damage shall occur; user shall be fully liable to repair the damaged property. Colasanti's Tropical Gardens is not responsible for loss, damage or personal injury of any kind. Vendor assumes all responsibility and liability for any loss, damage, theft or personal injury occurrence inside or in front of their booth. All Booth Spaces are located in an indoor space. Vendors are responsible for cleanup, including their trash removal after the show by 6pm on the day of their event. No pets or animals are allowed at the show facility. FOOD PRODUCTS All booths offering food and/or drink products have already been selected. There is no additional selling space for food and drink options. All booths selling food are expected to complete the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit Food Vendor Application Form PACKAGING OF PRODUCTS All purchases from vendors must be bagged and sealed by vendor for the prevention of theft. ADVERTISING Colasanti's Chili Fest will be advertised in several different forms. Some of our promotions will include, but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Email Newsletter, Till Flyers, Road Signs, Mix 96.7 Blackburn radio, Country 92.7 & 95.9 Blackburn radio etc... Send us your logo! If you would like to see your logo included on our website please email us. retail-marketing@colasanti.com Logos must be submitted on a white background, or have your text contained in a shape. We will not be posting photos of your products or business cards in place of a logo. If you have questions about your logo format please reach out to Ashley. Let its natural Bonsai-like appearance add a special touch to your home or office. Lighting: This plant enjoys bright indirect lighting conditions. Irrigation: Allow the soil to slightly dry between thorough irrigations. Water until liquid runs from drainage holes at the bottom of the pot and discard excess water. < Back Orchids Plant Care Tips & Tricks Orchids are known for their exotic flair and beautiful blooms that come in different colours and sizes. A wide range of orchid types are available, and most of them exhibit similar characteristics. Orchid flowers have three petals and three sepals. They also have a lip and a waxy tube-like structure called a column. With their vivid and unique flowers, orchids are a sure way to add colour to your home or office. Varieties: Phalaenopsis and Dendrobiums are common varieties of orchid that we carry. We bring in a wide variety of more specialty orchids throughout the year. Lighting: This plant needs filtered or dappled sunlight. Place it in a well-lit room with windows, away from direct light. A sunny window with sheer curtains is also a good idea. Irrigation: Soak the growing medium (bark) for 5-10 minutes and then thoroughly drain any excess water. Once the roots of your plant turn white/grey, the orchid is ready to be watered again. This should happen every week or two. Humidity: Orchids can adapt to lower humidity levels but will thrive in an environment with more moisture. You can add humidity around your plant by using a mister, pebble tray, or humidifier. Consider placing this plant in a kitchen or bathroom where humidity levels are higher.
